Total Recorder Professional provides many powerful functions for the recording, converting, editing, and processing of sound. Total Recorder requires: a sound card and Microsoft Windows 98SE, ME (Millennium Edition), 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit).
